Write a historically defensible claim (underlined) for the following prompt “Evaluate whether Russia’s economic modernization in the 19th century was motivated primarily by internal or by external factors.”

Write the Unit 6 DBQ from College Board website using the 2020 rubric. I will open the window today and it will close April 24th at 9 pm. It has six documents but you only have to choose 5 documents to align with the new 2020 rubric. You may use notes, the 2020 rubric and your book. You may type the DBQ on the website or hand write the DBQ, take a picture and email it to me. It is not timed but you should start practicing a DBQ at 45 minutes.

I am going to send you, via email, 10 student examples of written DBQs. I want you to use the 2020 rubric, grade each DBQ, and write two comments for each DBQ.
